Contact Need through this Support page. This is the public contact surface for reviewers and users.
What you can do in the app
- Report a person or content from a profile, video, comment, or chat using the in-app report reasons (including inappropriate content involving minors).
- Block an account from Settings → Privacy & Safety → Blocked accounts.
- Deactivate or delete from Settings → Account. Deletion steps are also on the Delete account page.
- Restore purchases from a paywall or Settings → Account if a store subscription does not appear.
- Manage store billing in App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Need cannot cancel a store subscription by deleting the account.

מה אפשר לעשות באפליקציה
- לדווח על אדם או תוכן מפרופיל, סרטון, תגובה או צ׳אט לפי סיבות הדיווח באפליקציה (כולל תוכן לא הולם הכולל קטינים).
- לחסום חשבון מתוך הגדרות ← פרטיות ובטיחות ← חשבונות חסומים.
- להשבית או למחוק מתוך הגדרות ← חשבון. שלבי המחיקה גם בעמוד מחיקת חשבון.
- לשחזר רכישות ממסך התשלום או מהגדרות ← חשבון אם מנוי בחנות לא מופיע.
- לנהל חיוב בחנות בהגדרות המנוי ב-App Store או ב-Google Play. Need לא יכולה לבטל מנוי בחנות על ידי מחיקת החשבון.
